Hope E. Fruchtman, Arizona Attorney at Law
Attorney Hope Fruchtman received her Juris Doctor from Arizona State University in June 1995 and has been a member of the Arizona State Bar since October 1995. Hope focuses her practice on family law matters including dissolution of marriage, custody, paternity and child support cases. She has also worked extensively within the juvenile court of Maricopa County, serving on a contract basis for the Office of Court-Appointed Counsel in 1999 and 2000, and handles cases in the areas of juvenile dependencies, juvenile severance, and adoption, as well as matters of guardianship of minors in both the Juvenile and Probate court. Hope is a member of the family law section of both the Maricopa County Bar and the Arizona State Bar.
As a former instructor at the Arizona Paralegal Training Program, Hope lectured and instructed students in Legal Research and Writing. She has additionally volunteered extensively in past years in programs involving battered women and is an advocate against domestic violence.
Hope was appointed in 2008 as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County, assigned to Family Court, Juvenile Court, and as a Settlement Judge.
